Suspension Or Revocation Of Your Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Washington State

Drivers License suspensions are especially damaging to those who operate commercial vehicles for a living. For instance, if you drive a truck, bus or other vehicle to support yourself and your family, the suspension or revocation of your license will effectively end your CDL-related employment, either permanently or for a period of time specified by statute, depending on your charges and how the defense attorney resolves them. If you are a CDL holder and your personal driver's license is revoked or suspended for any reason, your commercial driver's license will also be suspended.

As your defense lawyer, my objective, first and foremost, is to seek a dismissal of the charges against you. If the prosecution's case is strong, I will push and fight hard to have the charges against you reduced to a level that does not include license suspension or revocation. I am a strategic, relentless negotiator; if you are facing charges for DUI, reckless driving, attempt to elude a police officer, hit and run, or any other serious violation that carries possible driver's license suspension or revocation, I will work tirelessly and effectively to find a legal strategy and resolution that will have the minimum impact on your privilege to drive, your CDL and thus your life.

Phillip L. Weinberg

I have more than 20 years of experience defending my clients' rights. I handle all cases personally from start to finish, ensuring that each of my clients gains the full benefit of my many years of experience. At my firm, there are no associates right out of law school showing up in court knowing practically nothing about you or your case, I know my way around the courts and how they work. Throughout my career, I have learned that the best approach is not always the most aggressive one, though sometimes there is no other choice. My first goal in every case is the dismissal of my client's charge(s). In many situations, however, I have found that negotiation offers better opportunities for success. When you work with me your case will never be passed off to a paralegal or a less-experienced associate. I am a solo practitioner and always have been.
